01The project

Second-semester sprint, a team of five: a sales pipeline dashboard that imports a CSV of deals, classifies each one as quoted, in execution or denied, detects when one runs late and fires an email alert. The backend is FastAPI with MongoDB (Motor) and JWT, built by the team; what is mine is the frontend — 29 of the 75 commits, the largest share in the repository: authentication, the dashboard, and the order and team screens.

02What was built

  1. Top contributor on the frontend: 29 of the 75 commits (39%) — the FastAPI/MongoDB API is the team's, not mine

  2. The whole auth flow in Next.js 15 (Pages Router): login, sign-up and password recovery, with the JWT kept in a cookie

  3. Chart.js dashboard with an indicator for the percentage of overdue deals

  4. Order detail and timeline with filters by client and by owner, and a paginated team page separating listed from unlisted users
